Long Term Visit Pass

Spouses, children and parents of P1 and P2 Employment Pass holders may apply for Long Term Visit Passes.

Eligibility

Additional documents may be required based on the applicant’s relationship with the Employment Pass holder.

Family Members	Additional Documents
Common-law Spouse	A copy of the statutory declaration of the relationship between the Employment Pass holder and the applicant. A letter from the Employment Pass holder’s embassy confirming the common-law marriage status in their country (if applicable).
Unmarried daughters above 21 years of age	A copy of the child’s official birth certificate stating the names of the parents.
Handicapped children above 21 years of age	Medical examination report on the applicant’s condition.
Stepchildren under 21 years of age	A copy of the Court Order on the child’s custody. A letter of no objection from the other biological parent in bringing the child to Singapore
Parents	A copy of the Employment Pass holder official birth certificate stating the names of the parents.
Parents-in-law	A copy of the Employment Pass holder’s spouse official birth certificate stating the names of the parents.
