Tax return is a standard form or forms that is/are provided by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) on which the company reports its taxable income (inclusive of tax adjustments and exemptions), and compute the company’s tax liability. Businesses that received income during the year must file their tax returns every year. The income can be in the form of wages, interests, dividends, capital gains or any other profits.
The necessary documents needed for filing and submitting your company’s tax returns are the company’s tax computation schedules, Form C and the Director’s Report.
