- Minimum 1 Company Secretary
- Minimum 1 Resident Director (Nominee Resident Director Service )
- Usually Minimum paid-up capital of $1 with Minimum 1 Share.
- Company must have a Singapore registered office address
- Desirable Company Name (Must Be Approved by ACRA)
If you are overseas

We will email / post the documents to your oversea address.
STEP 4.
Get the documents signed and witness by a Notary Public.
STEP 5.
Return us the original incorporation documents together with the balance payments.
